Ø PID programmed barrel heating system with static control precision reaching 0.5C;
Ø Linear position transducer is available for ejection/clamping/injection motion control with precision within 0.01mm;
Ø High antistatic and anti-jamming electric cabinet structure to greatly strengthen the reliability and stability of controller.
Machine seat:
Ø Square steel structure integrating injection unit and clamping part to keep machine stable and tight;
Ø Reasonable oil circuit layout to locate pump and valve board outside of the machine seat as as possible for the convenience of installation and maintenance;
Ø Intensified rigidity at the place where the motor is installed, with rubber layer to minimize vibration of electric cabinet, heat transfer and machine noise.
